CobotCoach

CobotCoach is a web + tablet app (with optional desktop admin) that standardizes how operators teach, adjust, and recover collaborative robot tasks on the shop floor. It provides step-by-step, role-based “digital work instructions” for cobot changeovers, with embedded safety prompts (speed/force limits, zone checks) and quick validation tests before a cell goes live. Operators can scan a cell QR code, select the product variant, and follow a guided flow that captures the exact parameters changed (waypoints, gripper settings, offsets) plus photos/video of the correct setup. A lightweight AI layer flags risky deviations (e.g., unusually high speed, missing guard confirmation, frequent e-stops after a change) and suggests likely fixes based on past incidents. The goal is not fancy autonomy—it’s reducing tribal knowledge, preventing unsafe tweaks, and shortening time-to-stable production after every changeover.
