Cobotiq

Cobotiq is a web + mobile app for small and mid-sized factories running collaborative robots (UR, FANUC CRX, ABB GoFa, etc.) that lack a full-time robotics engineer. It connects to cobot controllers and common peripherals (grippers, vision, safety scanners) to collect basic health signals, cycle counts, fault codes, and stop reasons. The app turns messy alarms into a simple “top 5 downtime causes” view, with step-by-step troubleshooting checklists, parts/consumables reminders, and shift handoff notes. It also provides lightweight OEE-style reporting specifically for robot cells, not the whole plant, so teams can see which cell is bleeding time and why. This is not a magic ‘self-healing robot’ product; it’s pragmatic visibility and repeatable response for the people actually on the floor. Setup is designed to be realistic: start with one cell, one connector, and expand.
