CodeComply is a mobile + web app for vocational programs and small contractors to run fast, verifiable safety and compliance training tied to real tasks (ladder setup, lockout/tagout, silica control, confined spaces). Instructors or supervisors assign 5–10 minute modules, then workers complete a short checklist and capture evidence (photo/video + quick quiz) to prove understanding. The system generates audit-friendly records: who trained, on what standard, when, and with what proof. An AI assistant helps convert a company’s SOPs and local regulations into bite-sized modules and multilingual versions, but the app keeps a strict “human sign-off” workflow so it doesn’t pretend to be a compliance authority. It also supports offline mode for jobsites, automatic reminders for expiring certs, and a simple dashboard to spot training gaps before an inspection or incident.
