CohereOps is a web + mobile app for co-housing and communal homes to manage the unglamorous, conflict-prone operations: chores, shared expenses, maintenance, guest policies, and decision-making. It combines a traditional workflow app with light AI to turn messy conversations into clear proposals, track who agreed to what, and surface brewing issues (e.g., repeated missed chores, expense imbalances) before they explode. The MVP focuses on a simple “house operating system”: recurring task rotations, a shared ledger, and a decision log tied to house rules. The AI is intentionally narrow—meeting notes to action items, proposal templates, and neutral summaries—because fully “AI conflict resolution” is mostly hype and will backfire. Monetization is per-house subscription with optional add-ons for larger communities and property managers.
