CoherePanel is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for teams and community groups that need to deliberate without meetings turning into chaos. It structures dialogue into timed rounds: clarify, propose, challenge, revise, decide. Participants submit short points that are automatically clustered into themes, with duplicates merged and outliers flagged so quieter voices don’t get buried. The app produces a decision-ready brief: strongest arguments on each side, unresolved assumptions, and a transparent record of how revisions happened. It also enforces lightweight process rules (turn limits, evidence links, conflict-of-interest prompts) so discussions stay productive. This is not a “social network for debate”; it’s a workflow tool for making decisions with traceable reasoning. Monetization is straightforward: per-seat SaaS for organizations, plus a lower-cost tier for clubs and nonprofits.
