CohortCue

CohortCue is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for local health departments and hospital infection-prevention teams to run small-to-mid outbreak investigations with less chaos. It centralizes line lists, exposure locations, contact follow-up status, and task assignments, then turns them into simple operational views: who needs outreach today, which settings are driving transmission, and what data is missing. It includes privacy-aware data intake forms for clinics/schools, deduplication to reduce double-counting, and export formats that match common reporting requirements. This is not a magic “predict outbreaks” tool; it’s a pragmatic workflow layer that makes existing surveillance and reporting actually usable day-to-day. The AI component is limited and practical: it helps clean messy intake data, suggest likely duplicates, and draft outreach scripts and situation summaries—always with human review and audit logs.
