CohortLatch
CohortLatch is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that turns messy retention data into a weekly, actionable “what to fix next” plan. It connects to Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, and product analytics (GA4/Segment/Amplitude) to build retention cohorts by acquisition channel, plan, first-use behavior, and support interactions. Instead of generic dashboards, it flags the top 3 retention leaks (e.g., onboarding drop-off, plan mismatch, failed payments, feature non-adoption) and generates a prioritized experiment backlog with expected impact ranges. It also tracks whether changes actually improved retention by running simple pre/post and cohort comparisons, so teams stop shipping random “engagement” ideas. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes drivers and drafts experiments, while deterministic rules handle metrics, cohorts, and attribution. It’s built for small teams that can’t afford a full data team but still need rigorous retention work.
