CohortLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps early-stage founders understand cash runway and revenue quality by cohort, not just by month. You connect Stripe, bank accounts, and your billing tool, and it automatically segments customers by acquisition month, plan, and channel (if available). It then shows retention, expansion, churn, payback period, and a brutally clear runway forecast that includes upcoming renewals, expected churn, and seasonality. The app also flags “fake growth” patterns—like revenue spikes driven by discounts or short-term annual prepay that will crater later. It’s not a full accounting system; it’s decision support for pricing, hiring, and spend. Exportable investor-ready charts and a weekly email summary keep you honest without living in spreadsheets.
