CohortMeter

CohortMeter is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for accelerators to track founder progress and portfolio outcomes in a standardized way across cohorts. It replaces messy spreadsheets and vanity updates with a lightweight data room for weekly check-ins, milestone tracking, intros logged, and outcome reporting (fundraising, revenue, hiring, retention). The app auto-normalizes metrics by stage and sector so an accelerator can compare Cohort 12 vs Cohort 13 without lying to themselves. It generates investor- and sponsor-ready reports, highlights companies that are slipping, and flags when a program’s curriculum isn’t moving the needle. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps summarize updates, detect inconsistencies, and draft narrative reports, but the core value is disciplined data capture and benchmarking. If you can’t measure outcomes, you can’t sell the next cohort to sponsors or LPs—this makes measurement unavoidable.
