CohortPulse
CohortPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps biotech and clinical ops teams find and pre-qualify trial participants using real-world data signals rather than slow, manual site outreach. It ingests de-identified EHR/claims extracts or partner feeds, maps them to computable eligibility criteria, and produces a ranked list of candidate counts by geography, site, and inclusion/exclusion fit. The product focuses on feasibility first ("Can we recruit this trial at all?") and then on activation ("Which sites and outreach channels will actually yield enrollments?"). It includes a criteria builder that translates protocol language into structured logic, a cohort simulator to estimate screen-fail rates, and a simple workflow to export site packets and track funnel metrics. This is not a magic button: data access and governance are hard, but the app reduces wasted months on unrealistic protocols and underperforming sites.
