CohortPulse
CohortPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for online course teams that flags disengagement early and tells instructors exactly what to do next. It connects to common LMSs (Canvas, Moodle, Google Classroom) and live tools (Zoom) to track participation signals: missed assignments, low quiz momentum, forum silence, and repeated video rewinds. The AI layer summarizes weekly “risk reasons” per learner and generates outreach drafts (email/SMS/DM) aligned to the course policy and tone. Instructors get a simple queue: who to contact today, suggested intervention, and whether it worked. This is not another content platform—it’s retention ops for distance learning. It also includes lightweight cohort health dashboards for program managers: dropout risk trend, module friction hotspots, and instructor response time. Expect pushback on privacy and data access; the product must be transparent and configurable to survive procurement.
