CohortSignal
CohortSignal is a web app (with optional desktop agent) for clinical and translational teams to monitor biomarker stability and site-to-site variability across studies. It ingests assay outputs (CSV/TSV), basic metadata, and batch/run information, then flags drift, batch effects, and outlier sites using validated statistical checks (e.g., control charts, mixed-effects variance decomposition, and pre-registered thresholds). A lightweight desktop agent can watch lab export folders and push encrypted files to the workspace to reduce manual uploads. The product focuses on being a pragmatic “early warning system” rather than a full LIMS or bioinformatics platform. It produces audit-friendly reports for QA and study leadership, and it tracks corrective actions and re-test decisions. An AI assistant is included only for plain-language explanations of alerts and for drafting deviation summaries; core detection remains deterministic to avoid regulatory headaches.
