ColdChainIQ is a mobile + web app that helps immunization programs prevent vaccine wastage by monitoring cold-chain performance and acting on failures fast. Field staff log fridge status and temperature readings (manual or via cheap Bluetooth sensors), while supervisors see a live dashboard of risk hotspots by facility and route. The app flags likely equipment failure, power instability, and repeated temperature excursions, then recommends concrete actions: move stock, schedule maintenance, or adjust delivery cadence. It also produces audit-ready reports for donors and ministries without requiring a heavy national HIS integration on day one. This is not a “global health data platform” fantasy—it's a narrow operational tool aimed at one expensive, measurable problem: spoiled vaccines and missed sessions caused by cold-chain breakdowns. Offline-first design supports rural clinics with intermittent connectivity.
