CollateralIQ is a web app (with optional desktop add-on) for banks, dealers, and treasury teams that need to stay current on central bank collateral eligibility, haircuts, and operational requirements across major jurisdictions. It consolidates public documentation (facility terms, collateral schedules, haircut tables, operational notices) into a normalized, searchable database with change logs and alerts. Users can map their internal security master fields to the app’s taxonomy to quickly check whether an ISIN/CUSIP is likely eligible for a given facility and what haircut bucket it falls into. This is not a trading tool; it’s a compliance/operations time-saver that reduces manual reading, spreadsheet drift, and missed updates. An AI layer can summarize new notices and highlight what changed, but the core value is a curated, versioned rules repository with audit trails.
