CommentSentry is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps brands and agencies triage and respond to social comments and DMs that can turn into PR fires or lost revenue. Instead of being another full social scheduler, it plugs into Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X to pull inbound messages into one queue, then uses AI to label urgency (refund threat, legal risk, harassment, influencer inquiry, purchase intent), suggest compliant replies, and route items to the right teammate. It also detects “silent churn” signals (repeated complaints, shipping issues, product defects) and creates weekly incident summaries you can forward to support/product. Realistically, the hard part is platform API limitations—so the MVP should focus on platforms with reliable inbox access and deliver value via prioritization, routing, and audit trails rather than promising perfect coverage everywhere.
