CommentTriage is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps creators and small teams process high-volume comments across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch without drowning. It pulls comments into one inbox, auto-clusters them by topic (questions, complaints, feature requests, recurring jokes, spam), and highlights the few threads that actually matter: potential PR fires, high-intent buyers, and repeat community members. The AI layer generates suggested replies in the creator’s tone, but the product is built around control: creators approve, edit, and set guardrails (blocked topics, banned phrases, no promises, etc.). It also converts comment insights into a simple backlog: “make a follow-up video,” “add links,” “clarify pricing,” “pin this answer,” with due dates and assignees. Realistically, this won’t magically boost views; it saves time and reduces reputational risk. The value is operational: fewer missed high-signal comments, faster response times, and a cleaner feedback loop from audience to content decisions. Monetization is subscription, priced by connected channels and comment volume.
