CommishKit

CommishKit is a web + mobile companion for fantasy league commissioners who are tired of chasing payments, settling disputes, and repeating the same rules every season. It centralizes league bylaws, dues, payouts, polls, trade review workflows, and a transparent “paper trail” for decisions—without trying to replace ESPN/Yahoo/Sleeper. Commissioners can set up automated dues collection, payout rules, and deadlines, then let the app handle reminders and receipts. A lightweight AI assistant helps draft rule language, summarize disputes, and propose fair resolutions based on your league’s written bylaws (not generic advice). The app also generates a season “constitution” PDF and a public league page for accountability. This is not glamorous, but it targets the unsexy work that actually ruins leagues: money, ambiguity, and drama.
