CommissionHQ is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for managing bespoke automotive commissions end-to-end: client selections, change orders, approvals, milestones, and evidence. It replaces scattered email threads, PDFs, and WhatsApp messages with a structured workflow that records every decision with timestamps, version history, and sign-offs. The app focuses on the messy middle of bespoke: late-stage changes, supplier substitutions, and “that’s not what I approved” disputes. Each spec item (paint, leather, stitching, trim, wheels) has a clear status, cost impact, lead-time impact, and an approval trail. Clients get a polished, brandable portal; OEM/boutique builders get internal controls, auditability, and fewer rework cycles. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize changes, flag inconsistencies, and generate client-ready spec summaries, but the core value is workflow and proof.
