CommitClock
CommitClock is a commitment-based focus timer that turns your calendar into enforceable work blocks. You schedule a 25–90 minute session, pick a task, and set a small stake (money or points). If you abandon the session early, repeatedly unlock distracting apps, or fail to submit a quick end-of-session proof (a short note, checklist, or screenshot), you forfeit the stake to a cause you dislike or to a pooled team pot. It’s a mobile + desktop companion: mobile for quick scheduling and accountability, desktop for deep-work sessions with lightweight activity checks. This is not a magical “be productive” app; it’s behavior design. The product lives or dies on making setup frictionless, keeping privacy tight, and ensuring the stakes feel fair. It’s best sold as a personal discipline tool and as a team “focus sprint” add-on for remote work.
