CommProof

CommProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps commission-based teams verify payouts and spot errors fast. Users connect their CRM and billing sources, define simple commission rules (tiers, splits, accelerators, clawbacks), and upload or sync the company’s commission statement. The app reconciles deals, invoices, and credited revenue against the statement, then flags discrepancies with plain-English explanations and an audit trail. It generates a “dispute packet” (deal links, timestamps, calculations) that reps can send to finance without back-and-forth. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional reconciliation and rule engine, plus AI to classify edge cases (e.g., renewals vs expansions), summarize disputes, and suggest missing fields to request. Realistically, it won’t replace full enterprise ICM tools; it’s a lightweight verification layer for teams that can’t justify those costs.
