CompasLog

CompasLog is a mobile AI app that helps people practice self-compassion in the exact moments they spiral: after mistakes, conflict, rejection, or procrastination. Instead of generic affirmations, it uses a fast “Thought Snapshot” flow: what happened, what you told yourself, what you fear it means, and what you’d say to a friend. The app then generates 2-3 grounded reframes (not cheesy), plus a short “next action” that preserves accountability without self-punishment. It tracks recurring self-attack themes (e.g., perfectionism, people-pleasing) and shows progress with simple weekly insights. A private “Compassion Library” stores your best reframes so you can reuse them when you’re stressed. It’s designed to be used in under 2 minutes, because long journaling apps don’t survive real life.
