CompatRadar
CompatRadar is a web app + CLI that continuously checks your site or component library against evolving web standards and browser behavior. You point it at URLs, Storybook stories, or a test suite; it runs scheduled headless cross-browser checks, validates HTML/CSS/JS against current specs, and flags risky patterns (deprecated APIs, non-standard CSS, accessibility regressions, and interoperability issues). It then produces a “compatibility diff” report with reproducible minimal test cases and links to relevant spec sections and browser bug trackers. This is not magic: it won’t replace real QA, and it won’t predict every edge case. But it will reliably surface the boring, expensive failures teams keep rediscovering—especially after browser updates or framework upgrades. Offer a lightweight free tier for small projects and a paid tier for teams needing scheduled runs, Slack alerts, and audit trails.
