ComplyPulse is a web app (with optional CLI agent) that continuously collects, normalizes, and packages evidence for SLA and compliance commitments across your production stack. It ingests uptime/latency SLOs, incident timelines, change records, and customer-impact windows from your existing tools, then generates an audit-ready “SLA Evidence Pack” for any period or customer. The product focuses on the boring but painful work: mapping raw telemetry and incident data to contractual clauses, tracking exceptions, and producing defensible calculations with full traceability. It also flags when your current monitoring can’t actually prove a clause (missing probes, no regional breakdown, gaps during maintenance) so you can fix the evidence before a dispute. This is not a generic dashboard; it’s a compliance-grade paper trail builder for reliability promises.
