ComplyScan is a web-based compliance monitoring tool that continuously scans an organization’s public-facing web assets (domains, subdomains, landing pages, and key customer flows) to detect common compliance failures: missing or outdated Privacy Policy links, absent/incorrect cookie consent banners, insecure or misconfigured TLS/SSL, mixed content, broken security headers, and exposed sensitive files. Each finding is captured with timestamped evidence—screenshots, HTML snapshots, header dumps, certificate details, and page hashes—so teams can prove what was live at a given time during audits or incident reviews. Users can schedule recurring scans, set rules by region (e.g., EU vs. US cookie requirements), and receive alerts when a site regresses after a release. Exportable reports (PDF/CSV) and a simple “audit trail” timeline make it easy for security, legal, and compliance teams to collaborate without manual spot-checking.
