CompPulse

CompPulse is a web + mobile AI app that helps job seekers negotiate with real-world leverage, not generic scripts. Users upload (or paste) a job offer, job description, and their resume; the app extracts key terms (level, location, equity, bonus, benefits, clauses) and benchmarks them against a compensation range using blended sources (public datasets + user-reported outcomes). It then generates a negotiation plan: which levers to pull, what to ask for, and what tradeoffs are realistic given the company stage and role. The app also includes a “counteroffer calculator” that shows total compensation scenarios and a red-flag checker for offer clauses (non-compete, IP assignment, clawbacks). It’s brutally candid: if the offer is already top-of-band or the user has weak leverage, it says so and suggests safer asks (start date, sign-on, title scope) instead of pushing a doomed salary demand.
