ConciergeVIN is a mobile + web app that manages luxury vehicle maintenance like a high-end concierge, but with hard verification. Owners upload (or forward) service quotes/invoices, the app normalizes them, tracks warranty/recall status, and builds a resale-ready digital service dossier tied to the VIN. The AI layer extracts line items from PDFs/emails, flags suspicious charges, and recommends the right service intervals based on OEM schedules and actual mileage/usage. It also coordinates pickup/drop-off, loaners, and preferred shops, with transparent pricing and status updates. The realistic value: it saves time, reduces overcharging, and increases resale confidence—without pretending to “replace” dealerships. Monetization is subscription for owners plus a paid “verified dossier” export for resale, and optional concierge fees for coordination.
