ConflictKit
ConflictKit is a web + mobile app for teachers and deans to capture classroom conflicts in under two minutes, then run a consistent follow-up workflow. Staff log what happened using a structured template (who/where/trigger/impact), attach quick notes, and choose an intervention path (restorative chat, parent contact, admin referral, safety plan). The app generates a shareable summary for internal records and a separate, parent-safe version that avoids inflammatory language. It schedules check-ins, tracks agreements, and flags repeat patterns across time, locations, and students—without pretending to “solve” behavior with magic. Optional AI helps rewrite notes into neutral, compliant language and suggests next-step checklists aligned to district policy, but the human stays in control. It’s built for real school constraints: spotty Wi‑Fi, limited time, and high staff turnover.
