ConsensusKit

ConsensusKit helps teams make better decisions by running lightweight, structured “wisdom of crowds” polls with built-in bias controls. Instead of one messy Slack thread, you create a question, define options or ranges, and invite a curated crowd (employees, customers, advisors). The app collects independent judgments first (to reduce groupthink), then reveals anonymized distributions, confidence levels, and reasoning snippets. It supports prediction-style questions (dates, costs, demand), prioritization (RICE-like), and rapid scenario comparisons. Results are summarized into a decision brief you can share with stakeholders, including what the crowd thinks, how confident they are, and where opinions diverge. It’s designed for product, ops, and leadership teams who need faster, defensible calls without hiring expensive consultants or over-indexing on the loudest voice. It’s an AI-assisted web app (with optional mobile-friendly UI).
