ConsensusKit
ConsensusKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for structured deliberation that turns messy conversations into clear, documented outcomes. It guides groups through a repeatable flow: define the question, list options, capture evidence, surface assumptions, and record trade-offs. Participants can submit short arguments and sources, then the app auto-generates a neutral “decision brief” and highlights unresolved disagreements. Built-in facilitation tools keep discussions on track: timed rounds, equal speaking prompts, and a “clarify vs. persuade” mode that forces questions before rebuttals. After a decision, it assigns owners, deadlines, and follow-up checkpoints so decisions don’t evaporate. It’s designed for teams, nonprofits, student orgs, and community boards that need transparency and less drama. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize, detect repetition, and flag missing perspectives, but humans still decide.
