ConsentCompass is a web + mobile app for hospital ethics committees, chaplaincy teams, and clinical leaders to document, review, and standardize complex consent and capacity decisions (end-of-life, DNR, organ donation, reproductive care, pediatric assent). It provides structured case templates, jurisdiction-aware checklists, and a timeline of conversations so teams can see what was said, by whom, and when. An AI assistant can summarize meeting notes, flag missing documentation (e.g., capacity assessment, surrogate hierarchy, conflict-of-interest), and generate a neutral, audit-ready rationale draft—always requiring human approval. The product focuses on reducing risk and moral distress by making decisions more transparent and consistent across shifts and departments. Exportable reports support compliance reviews and internal quality improvement. This is not a “moral answer machine”; it’s a workflow tool that makes ethical reasoning legible and defensible.
