ConsentKit
ConsentKit is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly embeds) that lets teams build consent, intake, and authorization forms designed for regulated workflows—health, wellness, research, HR, and education. Instead of generic form fields, it provides jurisdiction-aware templates (HIPAA-style acknowledgments, GDPR consent, parental consent, media releases), required signature blocks, identity verification options, and an audit trail that actually holds up during disputes. Users can assemble forms with a no-code builder, attach policies, set retention rules, and route submissions to the right staff with role-based access. Submissions are stored with immutable logs, version history, and exportable evidence packets (who signed what, when, from where, and what text they saw). Integrations focus on secure handoff to existing systems rather than becoming another bloated CRM.
