ConsentLedger is a web app (with lightweight mobile admin) that centralizes, timestamps, and verifies customer marketing consent across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web forms. It ingests consent events from your forms, CRM, ESP, and SMS provider, then creates an immutable audit trail with source, wording version, IP/device metadata, and proof of opt-in/opt-out. When a complaint, carrier audit, or regulator request hits, you can generate a one-click “consent packet” showing exactly when and how permission was granted. It also flags risky lists (missing wording, outdated checkbox language, unverifiable imports) and blocks sends via API until consent is valid. This is not a growth hack tool; it’s a compliance and deliverability insurance product that reduces fines, chargebacks, spam complaints, and account suspensions. Expect sales cycles to be slower, but retention can be high because switching costs are real once integrated.
