ConsentLedger
ConsentLedger is a web app + lightweight JavaScript SDK that continuously audits your site’s consent and tracking behavior and produces evidence you can hand to legal, customers, or regulators. It crawls your pages like a user, simulates regions (EU/US states), and records what fires before/after consent: cookies, pixels, network calls, and tag manager events. Then it flags “consent drift” (marketing tags firing early, vendors added without disclosure, CMP misconfigurations) and generates a tamper-evident audit trail with time-stamped reports and screenshots. It also maps each tracker to a declared purpose and vendor list, so your banner text and actual behavior match. This is not a magic compliance button—your team still has to fix tags—but it makes violations visible fast and keeps them from quietly returning after releases.
