ConsentLedger
ConsentLedger is a mobile + web app that helps churches, mosques, temples, and religious nonprofits collect, store, and prove media consent for photos, video, testimonials, and livestream appearances. Volunteers and staff can send a QR/link to attendees, parents, or participants to sign a simple, plain-language consent form (with age/guardian flows). Each consent record is time-stamped, tied to an event, and stored with an audit trail so you can answer “Do we have permission?” in seconds—before a post goes live or a complaint escalates. It also supports revocations, role-based access, and quick export for legal/insurance requests. This is not glamorous, but it solves a recurring operational risk that most religious orgs handle with messy paper forms, scattered Google Drives, or nothing at all. The product wins by being boring, compliant, and easy.
