ConsentLoop

ConsentLoop is a mobile + web app that helps K-12 schools collect, track, and audit parent/guardian permissions for trips, media releases, health forms, device agreements, and recurring activities. Teachers or office staff create a form from templates, set deadlines, and send it via SMS/email with multilingual support. Parents sign on any phone with a simple identity check and can store household profiles (multiple children, multiple guardians). The system auto-reminds non-responders, flags conflicts (e.g., custody restrictions), and produces a clean export for the front office. It also keeps an immutable log of who signed what and when, reducing “lost paper” disputes. This is not a full LMS or SIS replacement; it’s a focused workflow tool that integrates with existing rosters and messaging systems.
