ConsentPath
ConsentPath is a web app (with a lightweight mobile preview) for interaction designers and product teams to prototype, test, and audit consent-heavy flows: cookie banners, permissions, subscriptions, and data-sharing prompts. It provides a library of common patterns (good and bad), lets you assemble screens into a flow, and runs quick unmoderated tests to measure comprehension, perceived coercion, and drop-off points. The AI assistant flags dark-pattern risks, confusing microcopy, and missing disclosures, then suggests clearer alternatives with rationale. It also generates an “audit packet” (screens, decision points, copy variants, and test results) that legal/compliance can review without endless meetings. This is not a generic prototyping tool; it’s narrowly focused on the interactions that most often create churn, complaints, and regulatory exposure. Realistically, it wins by being specialized, opinionated, and faster than ad-hoc reviews.
