ConsentPulse

ConsentPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile-friendly participant portal) that fixes the most annoying, time-wasting part of user research: recruiting logistics and consent paperwork. It lets researchers create a study page, screen participants with a short survey, auto-route qualified people into time slots, and collect e-sign consent and NDA forms before the session. It also handles reminders, no-show reduction (deposit/hold options), and produces an audit-ready consent log for compliance. This is not a magical “AI finds insights” product; it’s an operations tool that removes friction and makes studies actually happen on time. AI is used only where it reliably helps: rewriting screeners for clarity, flagging biased questions, and summarizing recruitment funnel stats. If you can’t recruit and schedule efficiently, your research program collapses—this app focuses on that unglamorous reality.
