It connects to your existing tools (Twilio, SendGrid, Meta WhatsApp, Firebase) and enforces a single “source of truth” for permissions, quiet hours, and regional rules. Teams define policies like: “If SMS opt-out exists, never fallback to SMS,” “Use WhatsApp only if last message was delivered,” or “For EU users, require double opt-in for marketing.” It also monitors vendor outages and automatically fails over to approved channels, while keeping a full audit trail for compliance and customer support. This is not a CRM replacement; it’s a policy and routing layer that sits between your app and your messaging providers.
