It provides a guided “consent-first” recording flow: it prompts required disclosures, captures an explicit verbal consent snippet, then records and transcribes the session with speaker labels and timestamps. Afterward, it generates a structured note (SOAP, case note, or meeting memo) and a compliance-ready audit trail showing when consent was obtained, what was said, and any red-flag phrases (e.g., self-harm, coercion, promises of returns). Exports include a signed PDF summary, raw transcript, and encrypted audio. This is not a generic transcription app; it’s built around defensibility, retention controls, and minimizing liability.
