ConsentSnap

ConsentSnap is a web + mobile telehealth add-on that captures legally defensible patient consent (and key intake acknowledgements) in under 60 seconds before a virtual visit starts. Clinics send a link via SMS/email; patients review plain-language consent, state-specific telehealth disclosures, and optional financial responsibility terms, then sign with a quick identity check and device attestation. The platform timestamps everything, stores an immutable audit trail, and pushes a “consent verified” status into the EHR/telehealth workflow via API or HL7/FHIR. It also supports multilingual templates, minor/guardian flows, and visit-type specific consent bundles (behavioral health, controlled substances, remote monitoring). This is not a full telehealth platform; it’s a compliance and revenue-protection layer that reduces documentation gaps that can trigger claim denials or legal exposure. Expect slow enterprise sales cycles, but the value is concrete and measurable.
