ConsentSnap

ConsentSnap is a telehealth consent and intake app that makes “paperwork” actually happen before the call starts. Clinics send a secure link by SMS/email; patients complete identity check, state-specific telehealth consent, HIPAA acknowledgments, and a short symptom/intake form in under 3 minutes. The system auto-detects patient location (self-attested + device signals) and applies the correct consent language and required disclosures, then generates a signed, time-stamped PDF and pushes it into the EHR. If the patient doesn’t complete it, the visit can be automatically held from starting or routed to a quick “consent capture” flow. It also logs audit trails for compliance and payer disputes. This is not glamorous, but it removes a constant operational headache and reduces legal/compliance exposure for providers doing high-volume virtual care.
