ConsentStamp
ConsentStamp is a mobile + web app that helps people and organizations document consent and boundary agreements in a privacy-first way. It creates time-stamped, tamper-evident records for situations like workplace interactions, caregiving, intimate relationships, and service delivery—without turning into a surveillance tool. Users can generate a short “consent receipt” that captures what was agreed, for how long, and what is explicitly not allowed, then both parties confirm with a simple flow. Records are encrypted, stored with minimal metadata, and can be shared selectively (e.g., with HR, a union rep, a lawyer, or a trusted advocate). The app includes guided templates written in plain language, safety exits, and an optional AI assistant that flags ambiguous wording and suggests clearer, rights-respecting phrasing. It won’t stop abuse, but it can reduce he-said/she-said disputes and strengthen early intervention.
