ConsignPulse

ConsignPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for collectors and small dealers who consign works to multiple auction houses and galleries and then lose track of timelines, reserves, fees, shipping, insurance, and payout dates. Users create a record per artwork and per consignment, attach PDFs/emails, and log key terms (reserve, seller’s commission, third‑party guarantees, photography fees, shipping). The app auto-builds a calendar of deadlines (catalog cutoff, condition report window, sale date, payment due) and flags “silent value leaks” like unexpected charges or late payout risk. An AI layer can extract terms from consignment agreements and settlement statements, but the core product works without it. This is not a price-guessing tool; it’s operational control for the messy middle between “I sent it” and “I got paid.”
