ConstraintLab is a mobile + web AI-assisted creativity trainer built around one proven idea: constraints beat blank pages. Each day you get a short “constraint set” (e.g., 3 colors only, 12-word story, 1-minute melody using two notes, photo using only shadows) tailored to your chosen medium. You create inside the app (or upload), then get fast, specific feedback focused on craft: composition, clarity, originality, and rule adherence—without pretending it can judge “genius.” The app tracks your creative “range” over time (how many constraint types you’ve practiced) and builds a personal library of prompts that actually worked for you. It also includes timed sprints, streaks, and lightweight community challenges where the constraint is identical for everyone, making comparisons fair. This is practice, not inspiration quotes.
