ContentPulse

ContentPulse is a web app (with an optional lightweight Chrome extension) that turns messy UX/content feedback into a prioritized content strategy backlog. It ingests sources teams already have—support tickets, app store reviews, NPS comments, usability notes, and analytics events—then clusters them by user intent, journey step, and content type (microcopy, help docs, onboarding, error states). The AI suggests hypotheses and specific copy/content changes, but it also forces discipline: every recommendation must tie to a metric and a test plan. You can generate “content change briefs” for writers/designers, track approvals, and measure impact post-release. This isn’t a generic writing tool; it’s a decision tool for what to change, why, and how to prove it worked. Expect some setup effort to map your product taxonomy and events, but once configured it becomes your weekly content triage system.
