ContextDraft

ContextDraft is a web app that creates smart document templates and auto-fills them using your real context—recent emails/messages, calendar events, CRM fields, and saved preferences. Instead of opening a blank doc, users pick a template (meeting recap, proposal, SOW, onboarding plan, follow-up email, incident report) and ContextDraft prepopulates names, dates, agenda items, decisions, risks, and next steps. It highlights uncertain fields with confidence scores and asks quick clarifying questions before finalizing. Teams can connect Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack/Teams, and common CRMs to keep drafts accurate and consistent. Admins can enforce brand voice, required sections, and compliance language. Output can be exported to Google Docs/Word/PDF or pushed back into the CRM as structured notes. The goal: fewer copy-paste errors, faster turnaround, and standardized documentation without extra meetings.
