ContinuityQR is a web + mobile app that turns business continuity plans into offline-accessible “incident packs” reachable via QR codes and short links. During outages, people don’t log into GRC portals; they need the right phone numbers, decision trees, vendor contacts, and step-by-step checklists immediately. Admins build packs from templates (IT outage, ransomware, facility closure, key supplier failure), assign owners, and publish a versioned pack with printable QR posters for offices, plants, and call centers. The mobile app caches the latest approved pack so it still works when SSO, email, or VPN is down. A lightweight call-tree and SMS broadcast helps coordinate when collaboration tools fail. Post-incident, it captures a simple timeline, actions taken, and evidence for audits. This is a traditional app with a small AI assist for summarizing updates and generating checklists from existing documents.
