ContractDock

ContractDock is a web app (with optional self-hosted agent) that sits between teams and their integrations to prevent silent breaking changes. It lets you define “contracts” for HTTP, webhook, and event payloads (schemas, required fields, versioning rules, SLAs, and backward-compat guarantees). It then validates live traffic in shadow mode, flags violations, and can optionally block or transform requests at the edge. The product focuses on pragmatic adoption: generate contracts from existing traffic, auto-suggest version bumps, and produce human-readable change reports for PRs and release notes. It also includes a lightweight middleware gateway that can run as a sidecar in Kubernetes or as an edge worker to validate/transform without rewriting services. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps infer contracts from samples and summarize diffs, but core enforcement is deterministic.
