ContractNudge is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that prescribes the best renewal actions for B2B SaaS and services companies: what price to propose, which concessions to offer, and when to escalate. It connects to your CRM and billing system, learns from historical renewals, discounts, churn, and support signals, then generates a recommended playbook per account with expected ARR impact and risk. Unlike generic forecasting, it focuses on decisioning: “Offer 8% uplift with annual prepay, remove premium support, escalate to AE by Friday.” It also runs what-if scenarios (price increase vs. term extension vs. bundle) and shows confidence and assumptions so teams can override. Realistically, it won’t replace experienced sales ops; it will reduce missed renewals and inconsistent discounting by standardizing recommendations and surfacing accounts that need intervention early.
