ControlDrift
ControlDrift is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that continuously monitors operational risk controls by reconciling what your policies say should happen vs. what actually happened in systems and tickets. It connects to common evidence sources—Jira/ServiceNow for incident and change tickets, Okta/Azure AD for access events, GitHub/GitLab for deployment activity, and cloud logs—then flags “control drift” like missing approvals, late reviews, broken segregation-of-duties, or recurring incidents that violate KRIs. It produces audit-ready evidence packs, a simple control health scorecard, and a workflow to assign owners, due dates, and remediation notes. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify incidents, summarize root causes, and suggest which control is likely failing, but the core value is deterministic evidence mapping and traceability. Realistically, it wins only if integrations are solid and reporting is regulator-friendly.
